Check the oil, chain and front pads yourself, adjust/replace as necessary. Check the headraces. If you're really paranoid, check the wheel bearings.

As to the rest, if you think it needs a service then get it serviced, otherwise I wouldn't bother.

Check in commences at 7:30am.

Full rider briefing (you know, that bit where somebody says stuff on the other side of a large room that not everyone can fit into?) is at 8:40am.

First group (fast) out at 9:00am.

Don't forget all your driving licence bits. It says the limit for the GP circuit is 101db.

However, the disclaimer forms of which they speak, are nowhere to be found on the website - but I'm assuming they'll have spare ones there for us to fill in.

So meet there at 7:30am I suppose - first one there bags a garage?

Not usually, just drive through the tunnels and park the van behind your garage.

After two days and an evening session at Cadwell, I'm itching to get back out on track. The bike went in the van at the paddock two days ago and hasn't been out since.
