Default Sump washer

Just drained the oil and the sump washer I got from the local H*nda dealer doesn't look right at all. It's got a hump on one side, it's the size of a 5p coin and the hole is wider than the bolt. Are they interchangable? (0916814004 is on the receipt).

I can't get the old washer off either, it won't unwind more than 2 threads from the top of the bolt (it's slightly wavy and quite crushed on top). Ideas on how to remove it without damaging the bolt?
