Trip to Portugal via France and Spain-->7th to 21st June

TSM and I are planning a trip for those dates..... I have to be in a
wedding in Barcelona for the first weekend (10/11), but I would join back
wherever TSM and you could be....

TSM is planning on continuing to the Algarve to see his parents and as his Dad has accommodation available down there & will spend a while down there chillin and taking in some roads, sun etc... bla bla bla etc.... you know.

Idea is to take around three days to go down and around three days to go
back. Ferry Dover-Dunkerque is £38 return. From there.... free road....

If you have been riding before in France or Spain, no need to for baits....
if not..... c'mon!!! Nice tarmac, "cheap" petrol, weather on the sweet spot
(not cold, not too boiling), nice food and fantastic roads are awaiting
you!!!

Idea is 50%, 50% on three laners and "B" roads, the crossing of the
Pirenees is through the beautiful hairpins of the Aragounet (Bielsa's
Tunnel)...

Final route is to decide....... anyone up for it?

Any thoughts as where you'll be entering Portugal?

Just being curious. I'm based up here in the North (which is South for most of you except for Peter Henry down there), so I was gessing if you were going to travel all the way through from the north to the Algarve, or straight there from Spain.

I guess that go halfway by Spain and halfway by Portugal.... I would love to cross around the area of Fermoselle... but I really don't know.

K, post any details when you have them, I'll take a peek every once in a while. I'll probably be working by then (my hols shouldn't be until august), but if you're passing by close enough I'll try to meet you guys somewhere.
