Trials
A friend of mine has convinced me to get a Trials bike and to go do trails with him.
I have to say it seems like a good idea ... I used to turn my nose up a bit at trials as it seemed a bit poofy ... but I am not as daring as I used to be so having a slightly more sedate sport seems to appeal ... Anyone else into Trails? |

Re: Trials
I wouldnt class Trials biking as 'more sedate'
I have a friend who competes at a fairly high level, infact pretty near the top, he is always dislocating and breaking stuff.

I don't care about that ... I just care about killing or maiming myself ... you would have to be seriously unlucky to do that in Trials ... trails or whatever it is called ... But you are right, some of the 'pro' stuff looks immense!! But it is not like that is the sort of thing I'd be doing as a noob |

Re: Trials
Used to do MCC classic trials, Exeter, Lands End on the MOST unsuitable machinery ( Maicoletta scooter, Healey 3000 ) & have recently thought an SV, suitably modified, would make an excellent weapon for these.
Anyone game? |

Re: Trials
So are you doing trails or trials. Hovis's bikes Vs the road legal ones for greenlanes and /or enduro?
