Cadwell bound
Off for two days Weds and Thurs at Cadwell Park.
The org will be safe from my BS for a few days at least. Here's the new bike GSXR 750. Looks like rain at some point, better get the wet tyres on, man up and get on with it. [IMG][/IMG] |

Re: Cadwell bound
On the TDR double header!
Hope you have fun. Due to work track days are not possible for me for June and July. Shame as I would've gone to it.

Re: Cadwell bound
Well.....she's a bit roughed up but not bent. Just a bent footpeg bracket, bent crash bung and the fairing brace broken. Managed to straighten most of it out and get back on the track yesterday for a full dry day.
Here's my heath robinson repair to the fairing brace, which actually worked really well/ On the first day 3rd session I think I just lost my bearings at Gooseneck and wasn't set up properly. Took the right but lost my line totally for the left. Headed down the hill on the wetgrass and slid off the bike, along the grass and into the tyre wall. The bike gave me a bash on it's way past. At least my back stopped the bike getting damaged against the wall. Ache like a b@stard at the moment. Cheers for coming down Phil and bringing, spares, Carlsberg, Paracetemol and mucho pi$$ taking. Re: Cadwell bound
Ouch! At least you're not too badly injured. You should have got one of them ZX7R's, I've heard they corner so well they are uncrashable

Re: Cadwell bound
LOL! Thanks Whitty but I think I could crash anything, and if the bug lump of a ZX7R had hit me instead of the GSXR I would have been well and truly buried into the tyre wall.
