Default What's your favourite road?

Mine is Snake's Pass, A57 from Manchester to Sheffield. That's to name at least, I've had more fun on some b roads of course, but I wanted a list of must see roads
Regularly go through cat & fiddle.. but of course the average speed cameras take away an awful lot for it. You might think they're necessary but that's neither here nor there, just want some must see road suggestions!

if the roads were in better condition (especially out of Girvan) then these would be the best biking roads bar none

I love the A86 just an epic bit of road.

I was down the Dalveen last week a wonderful bit of road that D&G council have tared and chipped YAY!

My favourite roads in no particular order are;

The Duke Pass 92 changes of direction in 5 miles, yes its a little rough and there are patches of gravel, but I love it.

The Kinlochleven Loop There is a reason for me picking The MacDonald Hotel for this years GM

The A87 nearly 50 miles of biking bliss

Dukes Pass- awesome road but slightly unnerving coming round a bend and being faced with a coach

As of last weekend, my new favourite road is the A396 between Tiverton and Minehead. Cracking bit of relentless twistiness. The only down-side is that one end of it is in Minehead!

This for sure, love that stretch of road! All good surface, sweeping bends and awesome scenery etc etc. Just wish it was a little closer...
