After an off the cuff run to Brighton today with Tony K and Harjitt I finally managed to almost get my knee down.

Not too sure the little lad watching was impressed though.!.

And the bikes with Tony K and Harjitt

Can't really call it skiving. I'm off for a few days after working 6 on the trot, four of them nights..............

Mind you, going to bed at 11:30 whilst on nights is a good scheme.
