Ride out to a brewery - 9th April
Now I've caught your attention,
Simple idea, Ride from up here (Wigan) via that there Welsh Wales to a brewery here; http://thewaenbrewery.co.uk/default.aspx Then to near Shrewsbury, hopefully to find a brew stop and back again. No dates yet, no poll, no discussion as to a route, just an idea to put into your heads for spring with time to ferment and develop! Pete |

Re: Ride out to a brewery
Is a nice ride from Caersws (pronounced Care-sooze) to S'bury. One possibility is The Armoury - a real ale pub by the Welsh Bridge, right next to the Severn, huge range of beers, and place outside to park up. Well it's on yellow lines but doubtful we'd all get a tickage. Or else there's always Wetherspoons

Re: Ride out to a brewery
Now you see, what you've done there Ed, is fail to take the hint!
Maybe I should have said "Then to near Ellesmere, hopefully to find a brew stop and back again" Your understanding of the nuances of the suggestive English language have a lot to be desired Sir! To put it clearly; Ed's place for a brew! Pete |

Re: Ride out to a brewery
I don't do subtle!!!!
Yes I've got some IPA and some Nut Brown Ale on the go at the moment. So that's 80 pints. Think we'll need any more? If Preston's coming then I'd best start another batch Let me check when wifey will be out and I'll post back |
