The risers you have fitted will bring the bars both up and back because the yoke and risers are not vertical


Edit: btw that's some amount of gadgetry clamped to your bars,the sort of thing I go riding to get away from....

It's actually my phone, sat nav and the controls for the heated grips. It looks crowded from that angle but it's actually not. Some prefer to ride bare of gadgets. I like to have comms and sat nav at hand.

Quick but important update: During my first ride with the 20mm risers the clutch became a problem on full (and near full) right hand lock. So much so, it would prevent the gears from engaging and was actually quite dangerous in traffic. I stopped and adjusted the cable slightly but it didn't fix the problem. When I returned home I had to removed the clip/cage from around the cables, clip of the zip ties and by doing so give the cable just enough slack for it not to pull on full lock. So whilst the 20mm does not require a new cable it does require adjustments in order to work properly.
