sure. goes something like:

- 7am start. sign on

- straight to classroom for lesson/drill No.1 for about 20mins
- to your bikes, 20mins on track for practice
- 5 mins debrief with your trainer (2-3 riders per trainer)
- 10 mins rest

- same again for another 4 drills (1 hour lunch)
- finish at 5ish and colapse

what was covered:
throttle control
quick flick
turn points
chicken wings (loose arms on the corners)
2 step

It's good. A bit formulaic but:
level 1 is about building the elements to being quick.
First throttle control, no brakes or gears. You need to develop a sense of speed and engine braking and PLAN AHEAD. Can be tricky! Especially at the ****e Stowe circuit in the pishing rain.
Second turn in cones. The place where you could choose to tip in. It's a moveable feast but basicly point and squirt. Third, countersteering, if you don't you do, if you don't know you do then the steering drill may educate. If you're in denial then you're wasting everyone times...
Fourth, relax. Small inputs are key and developing a sense of feel for what's happening is very important. Very tricky but esp in the wet vital. Fifth, two step, look ahead, fight against target fixation! Find your tip in point, use your periphiral vision whilst seeking the apex, but work towards the best set up for the next corner. This is key!
Imo: 7/10.
Not bad, great to get some track time, very useful reminder and practice of basic skills, classroom delivery ok just, on track coaching good in terms of examplification, personal feedback, however non existant.
I'd do level 2.
Far better, imo, than the Ron Haslam school at the same track. But you get 'the system' with css and the personal advice with the RHS was better.
You pays your money etc.
I'd go with css, maybe, probably! F*+kin expensive though!

It really did do a lot, even in the wet... till I highsided! Down to change of surface more than anything else. Bike's actually not too bad. Broken collarbone in 3 places.

I'll go back tho, but def not in August so Jo and Jo's friend are out for this.
