Introducing self
Hi, Im Al
I ride a V Strom at the moment but have had BMW's, Gixers, 955 sprints, Viffers and so on.........My bro has an SV 650 but ive not ridden it yet. Im also the national events co-ordinator for a BMW bike club. (but im not a boring old fart with a snob-like attitude to other bikes) If its got 2 wheels and an engine, I like it. Simples innit? Im real keen on V twins and boxers and have been known to rebuild BMW's from the ground up. I tour every year on bikes all over Europe, mostly on Jap bikes. Im an engineer by trade and these days I design and specify joints in everything from car body and engines to oil rig PA systems. I work with designers of everything that is made from plastics, metals and composites and I like my job. Cheers Al. |
