Euro Breakdown Cover

Popping over the channel for 6 days in April, so why do I need breakdown cover for 365 ?
Does anyone know of any company that does short term breakdown cover for the duration of yuor trip ? or shall risk it, not bother and spend my saving on cheap French red wine women and song

Are you with anyone now? they should cover you for a short hop abroad. Personally I'm with NCI, I let them know when I'm out the country and thats all I need to do.

Make sure you've got full recovery cover for your bike, and adequate medical insurance for yourself - most of the cheap online insurance offers have small print that specificaly excludes motorcycles
Have a good trip, and avoid the roadsigns

AA some people use, theres also some others like Greenflag, NCIonline.

Toad, many/most of the larger established ones exclude motorcyling too. Carole Nash do travel insurance that is good for bikers, all the usual, obviously no bike exclusion and cover for panniers, gear and lid. Not breakdown but posting as Toad brought up the medical etc thing.
