99 curvy 'S' potential worth
Hey all, just for interest ... what would be a good figure for a 99 curvy 's' ... full history, pretty much mint/showroom condition, not a single scratch/mark to the paint, all dealer books n keys, zero rust, new mot, excellent tyres, Delkevic end can, alarm, runs n rides spot on with just 13,000 miles.?
Just trying to get a realistic idea mainly for new insurance premium. Cheers all. |

Re: 99 curvy 'S' potential worth
what they list for and what they sell for are two different things. most people over estimate what their possessions are worth or think they are being ripped off if they sell it at a lower price. if you want to sell it quick then sell it at a fair price and for a mint SV650 i would say £1850 ono.
you have to remember that the world is in a financial meltdown and most people dont have ready cash so are also selling their possessions to gain a quick cash boost. |

Re: 99 curvy 'S' potential worth
Thanks for the replies all, my current insurance company has now agreed a value based on mileage/condition of £2,100, fairly happy tbh bearing in mind it's a 1999. I had to provide a few detailed pics of the bike to get it agreed, quite happy with the premium too.
