Calling all Landlords (not the pub kind)
I may have the option of getting a 2 bed flat at a v. good knock down price. so I'm thinking of getting it, then renting it out for a couple of years then flog it on and make some brass.
What I don't know is what my responsibilities would be, what I'd need to get in place etc. I know I could spend ages on Google, but thought I'd get info from the horses mouth as it were, in easy to understand language. ta Ste
