Angry Horrible, but lucky accident today in Spain.

Driving through la manga today in Spain we were approaching a zebra crossing and our lane and the next (dual carriage way) were coming to a stop to let a man, his son and two dogs cross. Stupidly a moped pizza delivery guy came shooting along way too fast between the cars and didn't notice everyone had slowed down. He braked and skidded and tried to avoid hitting the people on the crossing. He managed to miss the grown up, but managed to hit his son instead (roughy about 8/9 years old) and then actually ran right over one of their little dogs! Needless to say a lot of shouting went on and people got out of their cars to check on the boy and the dog, who seemed to come of surprising lightly with a limp for the boy and a big tyre mark on his leg and the dog was barking. The moped driver thn just rode off whilst the dad was having a go at him! It was completely and utterly disgraceful and it showed how dangerous filtering through moving traffic well above the speed of the movig cars can be!

Brrr yeah these mopeds go so fast here (barcelona)
Traffich lights work differently: When the green light of the pedestrians begins flash all the mopeds blast off against our red light.
Their throttle have 2 positions: On and Off. Always full speed, everywhere.
I ride a little bit faster then the cars but those mosquitos take me over at the left and the right.
Incredible.
