Cheers guys, will get peas out.

Left handed for eating, dealing cards & hand party.

Right handed for everything else.think it's from pulling back brake all day combined with the shock/impacts through the bars whilst hand was clenched if that makes sense. Super sore, never known anything like it

Just got in myself, cracking weather down here too, took a few pics that I'll post later. I didn't have any problems at all today, bikes back to its best and the new forks are awesome once I'd got the pressure right, 150psi!!! My mate had all the bad luck today, two punctures in the space of 10 minutes!

Paul if it is really painful get yourself down to A&E. If you go now you are after the sports injurys and before the drunks!

had 3 bottles of crabbier black label & feeling a bit merry already tbh, pain only got worse about 5 mins into 3rd bottle. Doesn't feel like a break but is quite stiff.. My back brake's buggered so been yanking on it all day whilst going over rocky descents, think the tendon is just inflamed.. Pain killers and alcohol have kicked in now, if it's worse in the morning I will definitely go.

Hydro's brakes getting purchased this week!

Looked on the website, but cant find contact details etc.......have posted on Bikeradar to ask. If not, then will go back to SPDs.....although would rather stay on flats....

However, cant ride without a plate as will bug the hell out of me as rattles and will let more crud / water in.

85km for me today... Felt like death at the end.

@paul was you wrist twanging during the day? Or did you fall on it... On of my cousins had poor wrist position, and always put to much weight on his wrists... Which is exajerated when tired. He ended getting carpal tunnel syndrome and has just had surgery. Worth getting checked out.

Rode same route last week, was absolutely fine, my back brake was rubbish today, thinking that squeezing it hard all the way down the rocky bits has f'd up the tendon like carpal tunnel syndrome but in my wrist. Gonna see how it is tomorra - if it's bad then a&e first thing

Here's a few of pictures from Glyncorrwg yesterday. Had a look at the stats from the ride and worked out that 7 miles of it was uphill, and my god is it uphill at the start of Whites Level/W2 but its all worth it for the 13 or so miles of downhill afterwards

Is that a bottle of lucozade in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me

A short rest at the top of W2

At the top of Afan mountain

Lets hope we start to get more weather like yesterday
