Regular Temperature
I was wondering if anyone knew what the range should be for coolant temperature on a 2003 SV650. The first day I rode it it warmed up to about 170F, and hit a high of 199F and the check light came on. I stopped and it said CHEC where the temperature usually is. I let it cool down then kept it at a constant speed and it stayed around 171-175. I just wondered what the norm is supposed to be. Thanks.

Conversion Factor
Ok, if yours runs at 86C the conversion factor is 9C/5+32, so that works out to be around 186F. I guess mines ok then, just was acting up the first day.
