Re: The running thread!
I fancy doing a half marathon or less. Anybody know of one very soon around Swindon?
I think of girls cheering me on, that makes me run faster and longer. Or looking at myself in a mirror on a treadmill. And if theres a pretty lady running I try and impress her by not stopping and overtaking her, but then when I'm around the corner I collapse |

Re: The running thread!
Surely only Kenyans jog 20 miles home from work and describe it as "nice". Ian are you Kenyan?

Anna, once you have set your mind that you will do something, it's already achieved. You will do it!

Re: The running thread!
The miles soon build up Anna just stick at it, remember the head gives up long before the body does.
