I did finally, luckily it was a corner screw so after breaking the tabs off i was able to get a good angle to hacksaw a decent line into the head, once done i used a flat headed bit with an impact driver and tapped that little sucker out, after removing it there was only the bottom half of the threat left on the shaft, the top half all the way up to the underside of the head had turned to dust
