I'm running PPower3s on the front and a PRoad4s on the back of the Street and I'm having no issues.

So matching up shouldn't be an issue.

PR3 is cheaper and looks like a nicer tyre

I found the PR3S didn't have the same lifespan as PR4s, and being frugal I like things to last a little.

this is grabing my interest! how long have you used the stradas for? what sort of mileage do you get from them? do you reckon they'll be ok on my IL4?

I've been using them for at least a couple of years now. They don't get an easy life with me, living where I do! About 5000 - 6000 from a rear, a bit more from a front if I was to leave it on. I always change them as a pair though. They'll be fine on an IL4, probably give you a better mileage too, than on a V twin.

Stradas have been superseded by the Angel ST and now Angel GT so be careful of how old the rubber is

I got PR4s on the SV and loved them to bits, only thing I found was that they get really warm and slip a bit on very hot days if you thrash it... I've recently bought a GSXR 1000 and got PR3s they are brilliant too, so much grip. Havent had chance to go mad on it yet though.

Running PR4's brilliant wet and dry. 6,000 rear, two rears to one front. Spoke with Michelins "Tech Bloke" these are specifically designed to be replaced in this ratio.

i found it was about 500 miles more from the PR4 over the PR3. i would rather have the PR3 for the wet grip. mind you saying that, any rear tyre i put on the SV seems to be around the 6-7k wear mark and fronts are 8-9k.
