Default trust me to be awkard

6 months of hell with my hand is starting to come to a conclusion.

Bounced from pillar to post as everyone saying different things.

turns out I have 4 problems manifesting themselves as a pain in my hand.

1) Arthritis in the knuckles (But no markers in my blood tests)
2) Low B12 causing tingling sensations
3) Trapped nerve at C6 in my neck causing shooting pain in the middle and index fingers
4 Carpal tunnel trapping nerve giving me pain in ring/little fingers.

So with weather warming up, B12 now borderline, Physio on neck and steroid injections into carpal tunnel. Who knows I may finally be able to have a proper ride out.

Those injections though. Doesn't help that my wife works on the orthopaedic clinic and all staff know me. I wanted to scream like a girl when the needle went in.

Cortisone in the knee, behind the pattela is more painful than when I broke my leg.

I've had it in both elbows as well, so you have my sympathy Tim!

Hey not sure if this is much cop to you and is probably going to help on the least thing in your list... But I have few things causing bit of a b12 issues... (Cba to go into details)... Anyway.... I go for quarterly injections for it but last time I was largely overdue and couldn't get any appointments for weeks, I was almost passed out everyday and could feel the drain n weirdness. I found this as has the best concentration for it... And it really does make a difference to me.

B12 spray

Anyway... Mite not be much or any help for ya but thought I'd mention it...
