Michelin Pilot Power 2CT's
I've had a set of these fitted to my steed this morning for £198 all-in. Ride-in, ride-out service as well. Had them fitted at Watling tyres in Gravesend. Top service as well...cup o' tea and a chat included in the service.
First impressions are that they turn in no quicker than the 010's I had on the bike before. The bike certainly feels a bit more stable through the bends and around roundabouts even while they are still 'green'. They're not 100% run-in yet so I will report on them at a later date when they are bedded in and I've had a chance to take 'em along my favourite twisties |

Re: Michelin Pilot Power 2CT's
Thats a damn good price I paid about £20 more than that for the set I had.

Re: Michelin Pilot Power 2CT's
Bloody hell... I'd have a fit if I had to pay £200+ for a pair of tyres....
must be the advantage of living up back and beyond.. things are still a bit cheaper up here... I went from BT020 to Michelins, and found them a tad better in the wet.. now on new bike with Bridgstone BT015's on.. had no chicken strips left after 1st day of ownership of the bike... though these are my first supersports tyres on a bike.. will possibly look at the 2CT's in time.. so will read with interest on your findings... |

Re: Michelin Pilot Power 2CT's
Speak for yourself VB. £218 for a pair of Pilot Road 2's, £216 for a pair of Z6's. All including fitting, balancing, valves, VAT, and a free drink.

Re: Michelin Pilot Power 2CT's
Yeah, I couldn't understand that from VB either...a mate of mine paid more for a tyre in wales than he did for it back in berkshire when he got a puncture out there...
