Fitting tank bag?
Hello, I'm new so don't shout if I have put this in the wrong section.
I'm going to fit a tank cover to the bike is it best to wash, polish & wax before to protect the paint. Also can I leave the cover on for as long as I want, as I've heard of cars with bras on which has damaged the paint work as they left it on for too long ? Many thanks for your help, Si |

Re: Fitting tank bag?
Yeah do as much as you can to protect the paint. My suzuki "tank bra" instructions said not to use it in the wet anyway my bike gets very wet very regularly and it has worn away some paint on the tank. Not sure I'd use one again.
