Have to say I have never had a problem either without one (and i ride all year round). But will probably get one for the new visor anyway just to be sure.

All year round my **** lol. Youre telling me your visor dont mist up at 0 celcius and below? i wont believe it until i see it. Ill eat my helmet if i do lol.

Rode from Plymouth to Guildford on the day it started snowing last December....no misting up.
Day i did the return trip back to Plymouth was -2, visor didnt mist up again

I had a 100 quid scorpion helmet which never misted up. But my 300 quid arai alway misted up till I got a pinlock

Well just got back from a proper test, 120 miles in the cold and drizzle. Visor down the whole way

Going along, I could see the mist coming out my nose and mouth, and I could see the very edges where the pinlock doesnt cover steaming up. Pinlock area was unaffected though. Well chuffed. Makes riding that much more comfortable.
