Default SV Suspension setup

Hi, Has anyone got a good guide for setting up the SV suspension for a 14 stone rider ???

at the moment when I'm turning it feels like the front end will give way any minute.....

As a wrough guide, the springs should compress 35mm from fully extended (weight off the front competely) to having you on the bike with it sat upright (you'll need someone to hold it while you do this).

However, you should really look at getting the springs changed.

yeah will get them changed soon, how much to change springs? any recommendations?

I don't think I could reach 14 stone, fully kitted up with a rucksack full of house bricks.

I'm about 12 stone away from uni, but for some reason I put on at least a stone when I'm around all those bars.
Anybody know why that might be?
