Drop on tank fuel treatment
Whilst bored and reading a bike mag, I see an advert for iTC's, a £20 drop in tank fuel conditioning tablet, apparently this one time treatment from FTC direct returned a 10% fuel economy improvement whilst giving sharper performance!!
The product has its origins in WW2 Russia where it was used in Hurricane fighters to improve their speed and altitude. So what say yee oh mighty org? Any good? Or snake oil?

Re: Drop on tank fuel treatment
Anything that promises better power and mpg long term from one treatment is snake oil. I use redex regularly to keep system clean, and have found it beneficial, but I would not spend good money on a 'one time' treatment that promises the Earth.

Re: Drop on tank fuel treatment
A 10% improvement in economy and better performance.
That's why all the motor manufacturers fit them . Not...

Re: Drop on tank fuel treatment
I've just had a read of their site, it's a sad indictment of gullibility that people like this are still going in the 21st century. Likewise I had to chase some quack off our local FB page for trying to sell colloidal silver as a remedy. Makes your urine boil that they'll con people who have no idea what they're doing.
