Knee down
any adive on gettin my knee down im proper hangin off n my tires are right on the edge letteraly n my mate said i was quite close n just a few inchs off. n he can get his knee down(a bit) on simular bike n tires n less experiance.
please help i wan scratch my sparkies on my local islands!!!!!! graham |

If your tyres are already on the edge then its only your knee that needs to stick out a bit further!

ok iwill try that. i had my toe on peg so it wasnt flat but will try it your way.

get your toe/front of the boot ryt on the back of the peg dont your foot in the middle of the peg get it ryt back on the peg and try it.

Sounds like your close to reaching that 'holy Grail'. You've really got to hang off like your falling off and force the knee out wide as you can. It also helps if you can sink yourself into the seat by putting weight onto the inside edge of the seat.
Good luck, keep at it but be carefull
