My Voigtlander rangefinder arrived today. Seems accurate so I will try it out on the Perkeo at some point. Been playing with the LC-A and it seems that the double exposure lock is stopping it from firing.

no idea what lens of course but looks so rough from the outside I doubt it's worth my time to fix and sell on

Thanks Johnny, might come in handy for the Bessa I have been playing with. I have ordered a C41 kit st last. Hopefully it won't be long.

Aaargh. Nearly got the LC-A back together but the original problem is back. Need to strip it down again.... On another note I will have a tinker with the Canon Dial instead.

You wait ages for stuff to come along....

The ones around the necks are ME Supers. I picked up the small flash to go with my Brownie Holiday flash and got three rolls of film too.

Wow. I'd love a shop like that near me.

It's the first time I have s een that amount of cameras in one shop. If I didn't already have an ME Super I might have been tempted. I also have a couple of Zenits, Halina 35x. There was a Miranda, a Praktica BC100, some sort of 127 camera and a couple of video cameras. The flash I bought is at the bottom.

I think I might have been tempted too. Managing to keep new acquisitions under control at the moment though. I still fancy a 35rc that works properly but they are going for silly prices at the moment.

I think I messed up. The c41 kit I ordered is 500ml. My tank says 120 film needs 590ml.

oh no! You didn't buy the one you linked on ebay. That one was a litre I think.
Maybe have to bite the bullet and buy another - or exchange it, unless you know anyone who's got spare chemicals lying around.

I managed to waste half a film yesterday playing around with the Olympus ED. A light is supposed to come on as the shutter is pressed to indicate the batteries are working. It doesn't, or flickers irregularly, so I started clicking the shutter, winding on, pointing at different light levels, listening to the shutter, trying to get the light to work and thinking the batteries are dead.
I read the manual and some internet pages again. The consensus is that the battery check light is dodgy anyway and as the camera is auto, it won't fire if the batteries are dead. So it was working OK after all, then I remembered it had a film in too. Doh!!

Oops! Did you not notice the rewind crank moving? I did order a different kit but thankfully my Paterson tank only needs 480ml whereas my AP tank needs 590ml. Its harder to load but should be ok.
