Which Coffee Machine?
Got roughly £100 budget, but a little flexible if needs be.
Looking for a coffee machine - Tassimo, Lavazza, type thingy which takes the coffee pods. Anyone got any recommendations? Cheers all. Scoobs

Re: Which Coffee Machine.
My personal opinion is don't bother,
We have a Tassimo thing at work and i don't think they taste as good as instant coffee plus they never seem hot enough. They are also a pain if you need to make more than 1 cup At the moment im buying Carte Noire instant - plenty of flavour |

Re: Which Coffee Machine.
the tassimo I drinks I have had taste great, but the machine was huge and took up loads of space, this was a couple of years ago so things may have changed.
If I were you, I'd get a cafe-tier (SP) Then spend the £92 change on a return flight to Italy to buy some fresh coffee.. |

Re: Which Coffee Machine.
Well that wont be a problem for the Scoob-meister
I was going to go for the get a cheap kettle and then add an extra quid to your coffee buying budget each jar for the next 95 jars

Re: Which Coffee Machine.
I bought a percolator from Morrissons for £12, and it does the job just fine. The hot plate doesn't really keep it warm for that long but I tend to just make small batches anyway.
£12.00 - can't really go wrong! |

Re: Which Coffee Machine.
Is this the most middle class thread ever?
Kettle, boil, coffee, cup, milk/sugar/whatever. Done. |
