Is this brake fluid okay for the SV?
Hi I've got a curvy SV650 and need to change the brake fluid. I was wondering if this brake fluid is ok for it, and how much I will need to buy to flush the front and rear brakes. Thanks

Yep
Oh, one bottle should be enough... for about 5 bikes |

I believe any DOT4 or DOT5 is ok...I just used Halfords in mine.

Use DOT4 as per the manual.
1l lasts me for 10 bikes or more, I only buy the cheap(ish) mintex stuff and it is absolutely fine for road use and moderate track use.

The reason as I understand it is that DOT5 does not absorb moisture like the others do, which while it sounds a good idea, results in any moisture tending to end up in droplets rather than absorbed so is prone to freezing in winter or boiling if it's at the business end. It is intended for competition use where it gets used in pretty controlled environments and gets changed regularly.

DOT 4 is perfectly fine. I can do a strip, purge and refill with about 250ml of fluid. My preference is putoline (and it aint cheap) With brake fluid don't blend two different fluids as it can end badly.
