Yes!

HTH!

Try a search, this has been covered extensively this year, the most recent thread is only a couple of weeks old.

Edit: Hovis beat me to it!

Which ones are needed though? A nice little upgrade for about £15.

Do they damage anything?

and

How easy are they to install? and then how?

You aint gonna upgrade for £15. £20-£30 will get you the best value in H4 'Upgrades'

Osram Silverstars
Philips X-Treme
Philips Blue vision

These are the main3 that people change to. They wont damage anything and are easy enough to fit. If you can change a household lightbulb then your cool. JUST DONT TOUCH THE GLASS OF THE BULB.

Just type car bulbs into google for a few online companies that sell these things.

Edit: Ok i lied £15.99 for silverstars http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/home.php?cat=731

H4 are the main bulbs?

What are the side bulbs and can these be replaced too?
