The event is called the "Shackleton Charity Festival" it was founded to raise awareness and funding for Lung Cancer, Marie Curie Cancer Care and Flying For the Disabled and will take place on the 18th, 19th, 20th July 2008 in Shackleton in Ballykelly.

The weekend will consist of ISB Motorbike Racing, Karts, Motorsport Forum, Rally, SuperMoto, SuperKart, Autotest, Autograss, Quad, Bowler Jeep, Classic Car Show, Stalls, Trade Stands, Flying Simulator and much much more, a packed weekend of fun for all the family.

11.00 - 16.00 Classic / Group B Rally - 50 Cars

11.00 - 16.00 SuperMoto (Ulster Championship)

11.00 - 17.00 Karts (Five Nations Championship NC Plate)

11.00 - 16.00 Quad Demo Race – 70 Quads

13.00 - 17.00 Show and Shine Competition (LCC)

Throughout the weekend there will be side shows, trade stands and soft entertainment.
