Morning!!

Ok, starting the day with something sensible here. Ive just filled in one of the CRASH cards for the paramedic 'green dot' scheme. I always carry my ICE details in my wallet and on my phone, but my mum was given the sticker and card for this and MADE me fill it in.

For those that dont know its an id and medical history card you fill in then put in your helmet liner, and then you put a small green sticker on the right of your visor so in case of an off the paramedics know its in there.

Apparently it was thought of by paramedics who are also bikers. A good idea, but very sobering, cos as i was filling it in i couldnt help but imagine the scenario if anyone else was ever to be reading it. Anyway, the point is, if anyone wants one i'll get hold of more and bring them to the rideout.
