Re: SV650s realistic MPG?
Now I'm in commuting mode my current ave mpg is 63 mpg. That's a mixture of dual carriage and 30 mph roads

Re: SV650s realistic MPG?
My K4 gives 150 tops with a range of riding/roads. Plenty of smiles per gallon.

Re: SV650s realistic MPG?
The twin sparks seem to give lots of extra mpg. mine is a K6, single spark.

Re: SV650s realistic MPG?
When i read the 1st post and saw the word Fuellyi almost died laughing.
I hate to say it but if you move out to the US in the middle of nowhere on long straight roads rather than SE london/Kent, you will have the same great figures. I looked at all the tiger 800 stats there and wondered why I was getting 34 tot he gallon rather than 55+ till i did a long boring motorway weekend. It's the bleeding morning commute with 25 traffic light GP starts to worry about |

Re: SV650s realistic MPG?
Yes, commuting in London will decimate your mpg figures. I'm averaging just under 45mpg on the Street Triple, which is a huge improvement over the Triumph 1050's (Speed & Tiger) that I had previously.
