My vegan daughter had my yorkies, I used sunflower oil, instead of dripping

There are plenty of milk and egg subs for making batter. Soya, oat, nut milk all work well, and there's a good starch based egg substitute too. Can't remember the name now, I'll look it up for you. We make lots of very good batter based stuff with them.

**edit** Orgran is the stuff we use but this is worth a read

yeah but do they work for yorkshire puddings? They're a bit special. They only rise because of a reaction between the egg and the salt. I'm not sure substitutes work here.

But pancakes are nice as well
