I got up this morning and as I knew I'd be at home all day I made my own white crusty bread and rolls. Just had a slice toasted with butter and Marmite. Blooming lovely. Proper crust, fluffy middle, no artificial anything. Yum.

I am out of the hospital yet again.
 and it's going to be sunny with near record warm temps so definitely getting out on the bike.

The Monkey is home from uni for Chrimbo. Lady Poppy and the mutt are both really pleased although I'm only mildly happy after we had to turn back after getting just 20 miles int the return journey after she realised she'd left something behind.
