They're all as bad as each other, I sent my university work via Royal Mail special delivery, they just left it outside the entrance to the uni, couldn't be bothered to take it in or to get anyone to sign for it. Defeats the point of recorded delivery realy!

Last year instead of lugging all my stuff to the TT,I sent a rather large box of clothing etc with "send my bag,service was very good needs someone in to send it and at the other end,left my digs in IOM Sunday Afternoon,and got it Tuesday morning at 10am,super service
