Hi all, Again I thank all of you for your well whishes it realy cheers me up to read your comments and support.

I got an offer from the insurance today it was exactly what i paid for the bike so that was good (minus the excess of course)

I was back in hospital last night (sunday13th April) sadly as my Scapula has slipped causing me quite some discomphort but i am assured it will heal in time. I had my first visit from the nurse, and the scar on my elbow from the opperation is healing satisfactory although ouzing a bit (ough goo#) the nail in my arm (wich is huge by the way (i hope to get pics to follow) is holding well and at the moment i have about 10-15% movement in the arm and shoulder (wich is an improvement) the painstaking exercises are still ongoing and i see the phisio department at the hospital in 2 weeks and the surgeon who did the op shortly after. So fingers crossed I shall let you know how it goes.
