Apparently his parents although not educated at all twigged very earlier on that something was not quite right. They took him to the local branch of the Royal Horticultural Society, but they were unable to get to the root of the problem.

The boy had his dream of joining the army as a Sapper, turned down flat even though he had budding potential. Despite some behavioural problems which often got him in to lumber, he had vowed that come spring he would turn over a new leaf. Many had stated that he was all bark and no bite.

He did have a girlfriend once called Rosemary but she left him pining when she told him that as far as their relationship went, she could not see the wood for the trees.

He didnt take after any of his parents, he could never have been said to be a chip off the old block at all. None to bright the poor lad,in fact a bit of a plank in truth and would get himself all in knots if given a simple sum to work out.

He had considered joining the local splinter group of Greenpeace but the need to constantly wear a disguise including a pair of dark OAKley glasses made him go off the idea.

We would stick around on street corners and as a means of earning a bit of pocket money, would offer himself to pasers by as a temporary shelter in the event of sudden downpours.
