Fridge freezers....
Management has dictated a new fridge freezer is in order. To keep her happy I'm doing some homework. Are Beko known as a good make?

Re: Fridge freezers....
They are a cheaper brand tbh, I'd go Bosch, they cost more but are quality.

Re: Fridge freezers....
I wouldn't go beko myself. Personally I like the Samsung ones - good compromise of quality, value for money and looks.
Had a whirlpool one at my last place which was ok for the price, but think they've stopped making them. Last edited by MisterTommyH; 31-12-11 at 07:10 PM. |

Re: Fridge freezers....
We've got a samsung American style one, it is good tbh.
But I fit fridges when I do kitchens and Bosch are the best in terms of quality and ease of fitting (when intergrated). |

Re: Fridge freezers....
There were some issues last year with Bekos catching fire!
I have one in the garage, and it is fine - apart from when the door open alarm broke and stayed on permanently - nothing that a pair of wire cutters couldn't fix Edit - just found a link - apparantly it was the firidge-freezers, if you are just buying a freezer you will be fine - probably...
