Default Dealing with a ebay dispute- as seller

Morning Org

Needing a little bit advice on a dispute thats been put against something I've sold on ebay. Item in question <<Clicky>>

The dispute, is saying that its sold not as described (sold as raced on, means to me well worn). The person involved that there is a big hole in them- They're Skype Hollow plastic as listed.

Where do you think I stand? I'm intending to appeal regardless.

Yes Phil

Thought it was a wind up when I spotted the dispute, raising one against a buyer.
Used by a racer is the hint in the listing

If the want pristine they can have the ones off my leathers

Just tell them to send it back and you will refund their 99p.

Its just not worth the hassle.

Wow, used knee sliders and they have a hole in them? I would have just laughed at them. Pics and description are spot on.

Just noticed the auction was dated April 1st.

Update time

The said person is now wanting a replacement set of sliders. They have been politely told to f off, and reminded that they are used and given a technical response on the construction of the sliders.
Then told return for a refund.
