Smile New SV rider in suffolk

Hi all,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 22 and recently passed my DAS (Just over a month ago). Have got myself a 2005 SV650s which I am loving every minute of riding. It seems there's plenty of knowledge around on this forum so looking forward to gaining some much needed experience.

It'd be great to get out on a ride with anyone that's nearby Brandon, Suffolk so I can start building my confidence.

Cheers

Welcome.
Not the best time of year for getting together but then the EAR isn't a lively place at the best of times.

hi there ad welcome

Not sure you'll manage any rides with any sizeable group this year, it's been a poor year for ride outs for no real reason other than pooey weather and the fact we are all spread out so thin in a large area. Keep an eye on the forum posts though, you never know what might come up. Likewise if you are planning a sizeable ride about post up info on it in case any of us are up for it.

Have fun and take it easy, don't rush the learning process, 2 years in and I still have a long long way to go...

Cheers for welcomes. I didn't pass at the best time of a bad year. I'm just glad i've got the licence before the new rules come into place.

I like to think of myself as being reasonably sensible. I know that getting the bit of paper is only the start of the learning process.

Maybe i'll catch you all in the new year.

Hello

We might fit in a ride in October if its possible, otherwise the pre Christmas fish & chips at Southwold is another regular date.

Kai's right, poopy weather & everyone's been busy with this that & the other.
