I think a lot of people have realised they are not stocking it and are buying up. I think people were buying it and then listing it on ebay for £3 or more. I reckon Poundland will bring it back at a higher price.

Went to the Armed Forces Weekend at Landguard Fort today. Took the D3200 and the Tamron 18-200. I shot 187 photos and only a handful of them are any good. Mostly trying to get a good shot of the cannons firing but some dude in front of me kept leaning into my shots. Took the Bessa as well with HP5 but only shot about seven frames.
Hey Johnny, check out the bottom centre of this bundle 282532557226 that looks like a Kiev of some description.

Lol. I know the feeling. There was a food and drink festival here today which was absolutely heaving. Hard to take photos of anything. I managed 3 with a rangefinder, gave up and went to the pub.

I had the shot lined up and was firing ahead of the gun firing. Just as it did, he would lean in and I was so annoyed that I gave up.

Shoulda rabbit punched his head. Thanks for the heads up Kenzie, it's a late kiev 4 which are said to be pretty badly made so I'm not punting that much money on it. Bidding on the Durst, seller says the meter works. Been out riding and drinking so not even an iphone pic and fell asleep on the sofa this arvo.

PS Yoko I had an FB message from Poundland that they have no film stocks in any of their stores now. You may be lucky but it doesn't sound like it. I've tried a few as well.

Tried Poundland in Leeds and York but the cupboard was bare in both.
Still, I had an excuse to visit the 'Trembling Madness' in York and stock up on craft beer.

Got myself another Canon Dial 35 through today. Shutter and aperture were jammed but some gentle cleaning with lighter fluid has freed everything off. Currently drying at the moment. Its a shame about the film though, hoping they bring something back!

Another Dial? It's an unusual looking camera. Are you compensating for the Poundland film by going half frame?

Double the fun! I have a few half frames so I could always start shooting them instead! The first one I had had the same issue, jammed shutter. Took it apart and can't get it back together.
