Idle Banter For non SV and non bike related chat (and the odd bit of humour - but if any post isn't suitable it'll get deleted real quick).
There's also a "U" rating so please respect this. Newbies can also say "hello" here too.

As a leaver I expect the crash of Deutsche Bank and a stalling economy will make the fatherland more keen to keep what trade they have left flowing to their largest customer - UK - which means they will bang Barnier, Drunckers and Verstoffen heads together and focus their attention on making a deal that UK can sign up to.

with a budget surplus (not deficit) of over 1% GDP (11 billion Euros) and a strong believer in the EU project and free trade. Germany would like to help the UK, I'm sure, but at the expense of the EU? Never.

I guess we will see if our mini Trump has read "The Art of the Deal" which is working so well over the pond (/s) and can make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Based on his "successes" as Mayor of London, I have my doubts.

He has a problem with keeping his word too:

Anyway, if you support him and are happy, hurrah! I'm done with politics here.

There are two sections at the top of the forum. One is called "SV Talk, Tuning, and Tweaking" and the other is "Bikes - Talk & Issues". These are the areas in which to discuss motorcycles and motorcycle related subjects.

This bit of the forum is called Idle Banter, and is, I quote "For non SV and non bike related chat (and the odd bit of humour".

I'd be pleased if folks did not attempt to shut down conversations and threads about non bike related stuff here, as this is the correct place for this stuff to be aired.

If it gets out of hand the mods have the wisdom and ability to lock threads where necessary.
