Fastest you've had the SV recently? (sorry if this has been done already!)
I recently had the sv at an indicated 140 mph (on a private road in a controlled environment bleh bleh before anyone shouts at me
 ). For whatever reason, it made me wonder what everone else had had out of their SV.Post below

140 from my K5 but I think it might creep higher if I had more road, 138 out of my K3 naked (I had to crawl under the paint on the tank to get there)

Haven't seen one of these "mines faster than your" threads in a couple of months, it was overdue.
So who's going to add the 145 mph then.

About 106 down a hill, I weigh 17 stone and bike is restricted.

oooo, speed contest, K2 only 130 (indicated), but its got a advancer of about 4-6deg which looses top end and diffrent exhaust cams, fueling is not spot on either and its got no fairing

138 indicated on a K3 with a VERY long run up on a private run way in clear and dry conditions, the nice people with the far more accurate speed measuring things that pulled me over for a chat clocked it at 120.

Can you read the top speed ever recorded off the K3 onwards speedo in some way?
