What Have You Learned Today?

Should have bought a Blade... they tell you how many miles you can get when you hit the reserve by averaging your consumption for the previous 20 miles.

I've learned that Argos are useless when it comes to car radios and if you take one back they wont have anything that's any where near the same spec for the same price as you paid and the one you returned they wont have in stock and that they wont have anything within a tenner of your original one in stock :\

I've learnt that front tyres can wear out faster than rear tyres

I learned a whole bunch of boring stuff about political science. Well, I read it at least - as to whether it sticks is another matter, so I may not have learnt it after all!

And I learnt that I may have a cold coming on

But I didn't learn that Scoobs is a dozy twonk - I knew that already

I've learned that life really is good, and it seems it's about to get even better. Details to follow soon.

Today I learned the glorious "slippers and banana skin" facility of wet leaves.

Could have been worse Pete, you could have had the flat in the X5 at work, mind you, at least you would have had some crisps to eat whilst waiting for the "fitter" to come out and change the wheel (or does your force actually trust you enough to change one yourself)

Today I didn't learn why the electrics on the track NC35 don't. :-/

I now have the entire wiring loom spread out on the kitchen table and tonight I'm going hunting gremlins.!
