Cool Osram Nightbreakers

Just ordered a pair of Osram Nightbreakers.

Read plenty of good reports on them so hopefully they live up to expectations.

i have them in the car, dipped and main, great bulbs and you'll notice a definite improvement if you're running stock ones now

If you are upgrading from Stock bulbs, then you will notice a marginal difference. If form any other 50% brighter bulb, then you must have good eyesight!

Its the reflector and the Lens that let the SV down and also sometimes, the voltage at the bulbs plug. It can take a drop if the system is old.

+ 1, although the Osrams are an upgrade the main restricting factor is the SV's lenses.

Solution: brute force, twin HID installation, the reflectors could be painted black and you'd still see just fine

Hmmm, better than bulbs, but it would still be a lot better if they had good reflectors and lenses.

Fit a proper headlight... oh and it be a double upgrade as it'd get rid of the wussy fairings too. The naked reflector is pretty good.

Compair the reflectors to the Sprint ST and you'll see that we got off lightly!
Now they are bad!!!
