Default Scooters - foot out cornering

I've seen three different lads on scooters doing this, this week
I can't work out wether they're:

a) Being cautious on slippery roads
b) Actually trying to slide the bike speedway/motocross style
c) Just nobs

I concur. Many of our Wiltshire lads ride with their feet on the ground
all the time. I suspect it is their way of being `cool'.

One scooter chav arsing around in front of my bosses car yesterday then falls off and he manages to stop just in time. Probably had their helmet perched on top of their head aswell!

They do it here too - perhaps it says so in the manual.

I lean my bum off the edge of my scooter.

It's just a bit of fun!
