Small boobs never put me off so no,I would not see any need to photoshop.Silicon jobbies are a real turn off to me as well.
These days I must admit I would not be especially choosy though.Maybe its an age thing.

It's not actually the first time Keira has showed some nip. She flashed her left one (IIRC) in the surprisingly good film the Hole back in the day.
I'm generally into big boobs but slim girls like her can be perfect without.

Like all men, I do like a nice full set of boobs but there are plenty of women I find attractive with smaller ones.
Prefer smaller to overly large saggy ones, any day.

Proportion, proportion, proportion.

They have to be proportional, no point having a size 8 woman with 36 DD's, it looks ridiculous.

Personally I think Keira knightly is unusually small and she would benefit from a small set of implants, deep down she knows they are bee stings and would give anything to look and feel a bit more womanly.
