Default Sea Bass receipe suggestions

Alright Master Chefs!

Looking for suggestions so I dont absolutely ruin this beautiful bit of fish!

I have:

1 whole seabass, gutted and beheaded
1 lemon
1 orange
Dill
Parsley (curled if it makes a farkin difference)
Spring Onions
Assorted veg etc

Cannot have anything containing milk (ie butter)

Shall be served with white rice. Would have loved to steam it but I lack a steamer! So probably pan fried?

Just looking for suggestions on prep and cooking etc!

Cook the fish in a foil parcel in the oven with some slices of the lemon, the herbs and a little oil if you have it (season the fish too). The fish will steam in its own juices in the foil package so should be really tender. Depending on the size of the fish, about 30 mins at 200° should do it.

Stuff the dill and parsley inside. Salt and pepper the outside squueze lemon over too. As above, just a little less time in the oven. Ps cut the skin of the fish before doing the bits on the outside.

Interesting, never done fish in a foil parcel before. Shall try that. I'll debone it and just shove everything inside/outside, see how it comes out

Si - I purposely got some fish coz I'm getting bored of chicken/beef/lamb/etc every night! I've bored myself with the stuff I know how to cook lol.

In my experience of eating lots of them out of foil parcels, its easier to pull the bones as you eat. But then I don't mind the inconvenience. I cook them head, tail and all. There's a nack to it though

Btw...they do nice on a BBQ, those and sea bream
